That’s how teams end up working hard without feeling confident.
And working hard without confidence is exhausting.
People stop acting like themselves
There’s an early human signal leaders often miss. People stop acting like their normal selves.

The team that used to debate openly starts choosing words carefully.
The energy in the room changes.
This is a clarity problem.
