Russell's Story
Russell is an experienced Agile Transformation Consultant who has established a score of ARTs across various government organisations, and coached and supported many others. He is a certified RTE and has worked as an RTE, PM, PO and Scrum Master in SAFe organisations. He is an executive coach and previously led the Enterprise Agile practice at MSD.
Russell is an SAI certified SPCT and one of the first ever GSPCT’s, SPCT consultants with deep specialties in agile transformations in government. Russell is also New Zealand’s only certified SAFe Premier trainer, and a certified practitioner of Scrum and Kanban.
